Buyers: Boca Isles South POA Inc does not require an application to be submitted for new buyers in the community. We welcome you to tour the common areas with your clients and stop at the Property Manager’s Office at the clubhouse with any questions you may have. All new homeowners MUST meet with the property manager for orientation after closing. We are usually able to schedule orientation on the same day as closing but the buyers must contact the property manager to schedule an appointment.
Sellers: When an estoppel order is requested by the title company the management team will conduct a thorough inspection of the home to ensure there are no violations that need correcting prior to closing. Once a contract is accepted, we strongly recommend you contact the Property Manager and request an inspection be conducted instead of waiting for the title company to do it so close to closing.
Renters: Applications for New Tenants and Lease Renewals can be found in the Forms tab. The applications and payments must be submitted to the property manager’s office within 30 days of the start of the lease term being requested for approval.
If a delinquent amount is owed to the association for the property then an additional fee of $150 will be required.
If an estoppel is requested on an expedited basis, an additional fee of $100 will be required.
