Hotwire is actively involved in upgrading our services to the new Fision platform. However, after several attempts to reach residents, we have not heard from many of you. It is imperative that you contact Hotwire as soon as possible to schedule your in home survey. After the survey is completed you will be called back to set up the date/time when your installation will take place.

Their hours of operation are: Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 8PM
If you call this number outside these hours, follow the prompts to reach a customer service representative. This representative will take your contact information and send it over to the Launch Team. That group will call you back during their hours of operation.
If your survey and installation have been completed, thank you for your cooperation, you do not need to do anything else.
We are aiming for the Hotwire upgrade to finalize by July 30, 2014 and appreciate your assistance and patience during this transition phase. If you have not completed your upgrade by July 30, 2014, you run the risk of losing your services as Hotwire needs to disconnect the Minerva platform soon after that date.
