After considering our residents’ typical driving habits and comparing our speed limit with other communities, it is the conclusion of the Board of Directors that we can raise the speed limit within the community to 20 MPH and still maintain a safe environment.
To ensure the safety of our residents, the speed limit will be radar enforced by security and violations will be issued when speeding is observed.
A speeding violation is $25 for the first violation and fines increase by $25 each subsequent violation until reaching $100.
