The 2016 Annual Resident Meeting was held on January 27th at the Boca Isles South club house. The main agenda item was to elect your 2016 Board Members. Board Members serve two year terms, and there were three openings on the board which needed to be filled. There were three candidates nominated: Jack Friedman, Stan Newman and Tom Kuzma.
Per Florida Statute 720.306 “An election is not required unless more candidates are nominated than vacancies exist.” Since there were three candidates and three openings, the three candidates were appointed to the board.
