Q: Do I need an ACC Approval to install Solar Panels?

A:     Yes, please complete an application for any change made to the exterior of your home.  The application is located on the website under “Forms”.

Q: How do I contact Hotwire to order new services or resolve a problem with tv or internet?

A:     You can reach them at 800-355-6558 or Fefe our customer service representative is in our clubhouse ever Tuesday morning from 11AM to 1PM.

Q:  I received a violation letter – what do I do?

A:     The letter will state the issue that needs to be corrected and provide a time table for this.  When you have corrected the issue, call or email the office so we can inspect.  If you have questions regarding how to proceed, please contact the office.
