Hotwire Corrective Action – Friday May 4, 2012

Hotwire has identified the system problems relating to the freezing and pixilation that all residents of BIS have been experiencing.  Corrective action has been taken over the last two nights.

For all problems related to TV or internet service, please contact Hotwire Customer Service at 800-355-5668.

If you are still experiencing freezing and pixilation issues, please call Hotwire to report the problem but we ask you also email Terrie at bismanager@hotwiremail.net with the approximate date, time and channel/s involved.

 

Some residents may still experience problems related to equipment and/or wiring within the home

 

and Hotwire will continue to resolve these issues on an individual basis.
